Here at Log Cabin Computers, we strive to provide high quality and friendly, personable service to stand out in a very competitive market. Our company has been in business since 2010, and our founder, Andy Martin, has over 10 years of experience with troubleshooting, building, and repairing PC computers. In addition to that, he has experience working in technical support and customer service roles that have provided a wealth of knowledge for learning how to communicate effectively with consumers.
Before starting this company, we noticed that it's common for some companies to make a customer show up with everything in hand before even offering to diagnose or provide an estimate over the phone. We feel that by getting a feel for the client's needs before they ever have to leave the comfort of their home, we can offer a much better experience.
We offer full service on any brand or model of PC computer, including desktops and notebooks/laptops.
